It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Zabrodzie, 10 km (6 mi) south-west of Wyszków, and 43 km (27 mi) north-east of Warsaw. Niegów has a small population of about 700 inhabitants. This village has a couple supermarkets, a kebab/icecream takeaway and has a large cemetery [[Cmentarz Parafialny w Niegowie ]] which even has its own website. History of the mill: Niegów also has its very own tourist attraction, a monumental, historical mill, dating back hundreds of years. This is located about 100 metres north of the Niegów cemetery. There is quite a bit of information on this historial mill The load-bearing walls of the 3-story production building, partly with a basement, were made of prefabricated concrete blocks. In 1928, the mill owner imported a gas engine produced at the Winterthur Swiss Locomotive and Machine Factory. The mill was equipped with three mills from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, which are now very rare in Poland and are historic flour production devices. They were produced in various factories: Lwówek Wielkopolski, Machań i S-ka in Pardubice, C. Skoryny in Warsaw. In addition to the machines mentioned above, the mill in Niegów has other unique machines such as: drum hulling machine (kaszak), grinders, angular sifters, flat sifters, grain and mill transport systems: gravity, bucket and screw. Inside the building there are grain elevators and tanks for milling products. During World War II, the mill was operated for the benefit of the German occupier and then the Red Army. In 1945–46, the facility underwent renovation, and a year later it was taken over by the state. Approx. In 1950, changes were introduced to the device system. In 1955, after electricity was supplied to the village, the main drive of the mill was an electric motor with a power of 40 kW. In 1958, the owners regained the plant and leased it to Tadeusz Borowski, who ran it until 1968. In 1962, due to the construction of a house and a bakery, the wooden coke shed standing next to the motor house annex was closed down, and a workshop was added to the southern gable of the mill. In the 1970s, the wooden groats mill was destroyed. In 2007, the Zabrodzkie Brotherhood became interested in the fate of the disused mill, threatened by the expansion of the nearby expressway. At the initiative of the Association, on April 17, 2013, with decision No. 389/13, the Masovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments entered the building and surroundings of the "Ność" motor mill from 1928, located at ul., into the register of immovable monuments of the Masovian Voivodeship. Warszawska in Niegów. On July 12, 2013, the mill equipment was entered into the register of movable monuments of the Masovian Voivodeship by decision no. 780/13. After securing the facility and carrying out the necessary cleaning works, the Niegów mill became a perfect place to organize the Association's environmental events. They are celebrated here every year
